At TalentTapt, we believe everyone is good at something and that you are motivated by your own unique blend of strengths, learning style, skills, personality, and interests. Each person has a unique contribution to impact the world in their own way but finding the right environment is both a science and an art.

This is why we set course to be one of the largest grassroots repositories of motivational profiles of its kind - to collect data to better understand what drives people to make the career choices they do, what makes them tick, and what kind of environment would best allow someone to grow into their true potential.

Founder



As an organizational strategy leader with a blended background in finance, business development, and analytics, Cindy found herself with an unconventional skill set far from her CPA, CA roots. Her experience showed her how difficult it was to move across industries because organizations had no idea how to assess multi-functional talent.


Cindy hopes to remove those barriers for others by helping organizations better understand the potential of their talent bench through The Talent Map Project - the.largest grassroots repository of motivational profiles of its kind. She has presented an award-winning vision for the future of work and often writes about the changing dynamics of the talent pipeline.
